First Way:
Go to Stronghold of Security 2nd level, go to the freshcrawlers room, kill them. Great F2p Xp for pures and mains.
Higher Def:(50+)
GO to Stronghold of Security 3rd Level, go to spiders, kill them. Great xp for mains.

flesh crawler is not that efficient for me to kill, and the drops are only body runes and ashes for non-members lol
